Refund policy
Return Policy: We offer a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@lovetodressup.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that all returns will be processed as store credit. For any questions regarding returns, feel free to contact us at info@lovetodressup.com.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, we will deduct shipping charges and give the remaining amount as store credit within 10 business days. If you have questions, please contact us at info@lovetodressup.com.
Exchanges: To make an exchange, please first request a return for store credit or a refund. Once your return is accepted and store credit is issued, you can use it to purchase the new item you need.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., pre orders or personalized items). If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
